Supalobby vs Tracify AI Asystent: a 349 PLN website chatbot for guesthouses against an agent that answers everywhere

Tracify's AI Asystent is a 349 PLN a month website chatbot for Polish hotels and guesthouses that answers from your FAQ and forwards inquiries by e-mail. Supalobby answers guests on Booking.com, WhatsApp and the phone from 49 PLN per unit.

Tracify's AI Asystent is a plain website chatbot: it answers from your FAQ, price list and house rules in Polish and English, and forwards booking inquiries to reception by e-mail. It checks no dates and answers nothing on portals or the phone. Supalobby is an agent and an inbox for every channel. If you only want the repetitive questions off your website for a flat 349 PLN, Tracify does that. If the questions arrive from Booking.com, WhatsApp and Instagram, you need Supalobby.

Tracify's AI Asystent is a website chatbot for Polish hotels and guesthouses at 349 PLN net a month. It answers from your FAQ and price list in Polish and English and e-mails booking inquiries to reception. Supalobby is an AI agent that answers guests on Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone, from 49 PLN per unit.

Below is what each does, what it costs at one, three and ten units, and who it suits.

What Tracify's AI Asystent does

Tracify.pl is the one-man business of Michał Tracz in Trzebiatów on the Polish Baltic coast, building websites and tools for accommodation; hence the offer's title, "a chatbot for a seaside hotel's website". The AI Asystent is one JavaScript snippet you paste into a site on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or plain HTML. Tracify configures it within 48 hours from your FAQ, price list and house rules, and from then on the chatbot answers around the clock about breakfast, parking, check-in hours or dogs.

The limits are spelled out, and that is a strength of this offer. The assistant "does not confirm a booking or a price for you", "does not guess when something is missing from the knowledge base" and "does not log into your accounts and sends nothing without reception". When a guest asks about dates, the chatbot collects the inquiry and forwards it with the conversation context to the reception e-mail; a human confirms the booking and the price. There is no integration with any booking system or engine.

Languages: Polish and English included, German on request at no extra cost. The subscription includes a monthly transcript review and e-mail support within 24 hours. There is no setup fee and no annual contract; off-season you can pause and restart within a day. There is no trial, only a free 30-minute consultation. The offer, the site and the support are in Polish.

The same author published a guide on choosing a hotel chatbot on 12 April 2026 that sorts the market by price: generic SaaS 0 to 200 PLN, hotel-specific SaaS 200 to 500 PLN, a dedicated AI assistant 300 to 600 PLN, a custom build with PMS integration 500 to 1,000 PLN a month. He places his own product in the third band and, unusually, writes that he deliberately quotes no effectiveness statistics because there is no honest source for them.

What Supalobby does

Supalobby has a website chat too, but it is one of ten channels. It gathers messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, Slowhop and Aloha Camp into one inbox, one thread per guest, and answers them with an AI agent. On the Copilot plan the agent drafts and you send. On Autopilot it replies on its own, switched on per channel, behind a confidence gate: when unsure it asks you and hands the thread over. On Airbnb it drafts the reply and you send it with one click. With the Voice add-on, 129 PLN, it answers the phone on a Polish number and creates bookings.

In the website chat, on Autopilot, the agent quotes price and availability for specific dates if you have Beddesk, HotRes or IdoBooking, and creates the booking there. Without a PMS it works from day one, because Booking.com and Airbnb reservations arrive through notification e-mails. From a sample of 434 conversations in September 2026 the median reply time was 3.6 seconds and the agent closed 46 percent of text conversations by itself.

What Supalobby lacks: a human configuring it for you within 48 hours, because you fill the knowledge base yourself; a monthly human review of transcripts; a pause-for-winter option as a separate feature. Pre-arrival playbooks come with the Operator plan, which is announced but not yet on sale.

Price at one, three and ten units

Net monthly prices from the offers checked 26 September 2026. Tracify charges per website, whatever the room count. Supalobby charges per unit. Euro figures use the NBP rate of 25 September 2026, 4.375 PLN per euro.

UnitsTracify AI AsystentSupalobby CopilotSupalobby Autopilot
1 unit349 PLN, about 80 EUR25 PLN, about 6 EUR49 PLN, about 11 EUR
3 units349 PLN75 PLN, about 17 EUR147 PLN, about 34 EUR
10 units349 PLN250 PLN, about 57 EUR490 PLN, about 112 EUR

Up to seven units Supalobby Autopilot costs less than Tracify and includes Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, Slowhop and Aloha Camp. From eight units Tracify wins on price for website chat alone; at ten it is 349 PLN against 490 PLN. Copilot, where the agent only drafts, stays cheaper than Tracify up to thirteen units. It is still a comparison between a chat that knows no dates and forwards inquiries to e-mail, and an agent that answers on ten channels; the price difference buys different things.

Which one for whom

Tracify, when you run a guesthouse, hotel or cabin site in Poland, most inquiries come through your own website, reception answers the e-mails, and you want the repetitive questions off that desk for a flat fee. Someone configures the chatbot for you, reviews the conversations once a month, and you switch the subscription off for winter without a contract.

Supalobby, when guests write to you mainly through Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp and Instagram, and the website is one place among many. When you want the website chat to quote a price and availability and create the booking rather than send an e-mail. When you answer yourself and would rather start in draft mode.

Both makes no sense: Supalobby has its own website chat, so a second widget would duplicate the channel.

Check for yourself

Tracify has no trial, so do what its own guide advises: before buying, ask the chatbot ten typical guest questions in Polish and see what it does with a question about free dates. Ask how many websites one subscription covers if you run several properties on separate domains, because the offer speaks of one site. Look at the e-mail that reaches reception and whether the guest's phone number comes with it. If anything here is out of date, tell us at kontakt@supalobby.com and we will fix it and update the date.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Tracify's AI Asystent cost?

349 PLN net a month per website, roughly 80 EUR, on the offer checked 26 September 2026. That includes configuration for your property within 48 hours, answers in Polish and English, German on request, a monthly transcript review and e-mail support within 24 hours. There is no setup fee and no annual contract; off-season you can pause the subscription and restart it within a day.

Does the Tracify chatbot check availability and prices?

No. Tracify states plainly that the assistant does not confirm a booking or a price for you and does not log into your accounts. It answers from the price list, FAQ and house rules you supply, and forwards a booking inquiry with the conversation context to the reception e-mail. Supalobby on Autopilot quotes price and availability from Beddesk, HotRes or IdoBooking in the chat and creates the booking.

Does Tracify answer Booking.com or WhatsApp messages?

No. The AI Asystent is one JavaScript snippet pasted into a site on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or plain HTML. Messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram and Slowhop stay with you. Supalobby receives them in one inbox, one thread per guest, and answers them; on Airbnb it drafts the reply and you send it with one click.

Which is cheaper at ten rooms, Tracify or Supalobby?

For website chat alone, Tracify: 349 PLN per site against 490 PLN for ten units on Supalobby Autopilot. Up to three units Supalobby is cheaper, 147 PLN, and includes Booking.com, WhatsApp, Instagram and Slowhop. The line is seven units, 343 PLN. You are comparing a chat that knows no dates with an agent on every channel, though.

Who is better served by Tracify?

A guesthouse, hotel or cabin site in Poland that gets most inquiries through its own website, has reception to answer e-mails, and wants the repetitive questions about breakfast, parking and dogs off that desk for a flat fee. Especially a seasonal one, because the subscription can be paused for winter without a contract.
