Supalobby vs Agent Hotres: a voice receptionist for Hotres properties against an agent on every channel
Agent Hotres answers the phone and runs a website chat for properties on the Polish Hotres system, and books into it. Supalobby answers guests on Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, Slowhop and Aloha Camp, with the phone as an add-on, with or without Hotres. Which to pick, and when both.
Agent Hotres is a phone receptionist and website chat for properties that run Hotres. Supalobby is an inbox and an agent for every channel, where the phone is one of them. If missed calls are your problem and all your traffic runs through Hotres, Agent Hotres is the shortest fix. If guests also write on Booking.com, WhatsApp and Instagram, you need Supalobby, and Hotres can stay underneath.

Hotres is a property management system from Jelenia Góra, Poland, common in guesthouses and small hotels. Agent Hotres is its add-on: a reception voicebot and a website chat that checks availability in Hotres and creates bookings. Supalobby is an AI agent that answers guests on every channel, with Hotres connected underneath or with no system at all. Below is what each one does, what it costs, and when which one makes sense.
What Agent Hotres does
It answers the property phone on a number that comes with the plan and holds the conversation in the guest's language. It handles the usual questions, checks free dates in Hotres, creates the reservation and e-mails the guest a confirmation with a prepayment request. It takes several calls at once and can forward a call to reception. The same agent runs as a widget on the property website, in text or voice. QR codes in the rooms let a guest scan and ask the agent for a towel or a late checkout.
The Mini plan costs 169 PLN net a month and does not include the voice agent, so it gives you the website widget and the QR codes. Plans with voice and a phone number show their prices after sign-up at agent.hotres.pl. Every plan requires a connected Hotres account; without it the widget does not run.
What Agent Hotres does not do: it does not read messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, Slowhop or Aloha Camp. There is no inbox. It runs autonomously only, with no mode where it proposes a reply for approval.
What Supalobby does
It gathers messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, Slowhop and Aloha Camp into one inbox, one thread per guest, and answers them with an AI agent. On the Copilot plan the agent drafts and you send; on Autopilot it replies on its own, switched on per channel. From Hotres it reads dates, prices and reservations, on Autopilot it creates bookings, and through playbooks it writes the arrival time. The website chat with price and availability is on Autopilot. The phone is an add-on: Voice at 129 PLN a month per property gives a Polish number and 30 minutes of calls, then 2.99 PLN a minute.
What Supalobby does not have: QR codes in rooms, a calendar and rates (those stay in Hotres), and pre-arrival and post-checkout playbooks arrive with the Operator plan.
Price for one property with three units
Net prices per month, from the price lists checked 26 September 2026.
| Agent Hotres | Supalobby | |
|---|---|---|
| Website chat, no phone | Mini 169 PLN | Autopilot 3 × 49 = 147 PLN |
| Website chat and phone | voice plan, price after sign-up | 147 + Voice 129 = 276 PLN |
| Plus Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, Slowhop, Aloha Camp | none | included |
| Property management system | Hotres separately, required | Hotres optional, read and written |
On the phone alone the comparison depends on the voice plan price, which Hotres does not publish. On messages there is nothing to compare: Agent Hotres does not handle them.
Which one for whom
Agent Hotres, when you run a guesthouse or small hotel on Hotres, most guests call or book through the website, and the problem is the phone after hours. A voicebot inside the Hotres panel, with QR codes in the rooms, closes that case without another tool.
Supalobby, when guests write: on Booking.com, on WhatsApp, on Instagram, on Slowhop. When you want every conversation with one guest in one place and want to decide where the agent replies on its own and where it only proposes. You add the phone when you need it. Hotres stays if you have it; if you do not, Supalobby runs without a system.
Both rarely makes sense, because Supalobby with the Voice add-on covers the phone and the website chat. The exception: you want a voicebot that lives in the Hotres panel and prints QR codes, and hand the messages to Supalobby.
Check for yourself
Prices of Agent Hotres plans with voice appear only after sign-up; ask for them before comparing. Also check which languages the voicebot actually speaks with your guests, since the page mentions language detection without a list. If anything here is out of date, write to kontakt@supalobby.com and we will fix it and update the date.
Frequently asked questions
Does Supalobby work with Hotres?
Yes. Supalobby reads dates, prices and reservations from Hotres, creates bookings in it on the Autopilot plan, and writes the arrival time through playbooks. The agent answers guests with Hotres data on every channel.
Can I run Agent Hotres and Supalobby together?
You can, but you probably do not need both. Supalobby with the Voice add-on answers the phone and runs the website chat, which is what Agent Hotres does, and also handles Booking.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, Slowhop and Aloha Camp. A sensible split is Agent Hotres for the phone and Supalobby for messages, if you prefer a voicebot that lives inside the Hotres panel.
How much is Agent Hotres with the voice agent?
Only the Mini plan is public, 169 PLN net a month without the voice agent. Hotres shows the prices of plans with voice and a phone number after sign-up at agent.hotres.pl. For scale, Supalobby Autopilot for three units with the Voice add-on is 276 PLN net a month.
Does Agent Hotres answer Booking.com or WhatsApp messages?
No. Agent Hotres is the phone and a website widget. Messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp and Instagram stay with you, in their own apps.
Who is better served by Agent Hotres?
A guesthouse or small hotel on Hotres where most traffic is phone calls and website bookings and nobody picks up after hours. A voicebot inside the Hotres panel, with QR codes in the rooms, closes that case without another inbox.
