Supalobby is an AI agent that answers guests on Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram and Slowhop and adds the phone for 129 PLN. Below is what each does, what it costs, and when each makes sense. ## What Smart Asystenci does The company behind it is Smart Solutions, Targowa 4, Toruń. Smart Asystenci is a "24/7 AI robot receptionist" for fifteen trades: salons, clinics, garages, restaurants and hotels. It picks up every call, calls leads back, books, moves and cancels appointments. It builds its knowledge base from your website by itself and refreshes it every few days. The voice is its own, Polish; the owner's voice can be cloned. In the hotel version the assistant "answers every call to the hotel and checks free rooms and prices directly in your booking engine". Two engines are on the list, Hotres and Profitroom (UpperBooking); others the company promises to connect "usually within a few days". It closes the call with an SMS containing a booking link with dates and room already filled in. It takes no payment; the guest finishes in the booking engine or reception does it by hand. It searches a flexible date window, presents packages, passes group requests to sales and transfers hard calls to the reception number. Languages depend on the plan. Starter speaks Polish only. From Pro the assistant detects the caller's language after the first sentence; the company names Polish, English and Ukrainian as the most chosen. Beyond the phone there is a website widget, voice and text, at 0.21 PLN per message, and SMS: confirmations, bulk sends and an SMS inbox in the panel. The panel also holds transcripts, recordings and call statistics. The whole site, the panel and support are in Polish. What Smart Asystenci does not do: it reads no messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, Slowhop or Aloha Camp, and its pages say nothing about WhatsApp, Instagram or e-mail as guest channels. There is no draft mode, because a voicebot by nature answers on its own. ## What Supalobby does Supalobby gathers messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, Slowhop and Aloha Camp into one inbox, one thread per guest, and answers them with an AI agent. On the Copilot plan the agent drafts and you send. On Autopilot it replies on its own, switched on per channel, behind a confidence gate: when unsure it asks you and hands the thread over. On Airbnb it drafts the reply and you send it with one click. Website chat with price and availability is part of Autopilot. The phone is an add-on. Voice at 129 PLN a month per property gives a Polish landline number and 30 minutes, then 2.99 PLN a minute; the agent picks up, answers in the guest's language and creates bookings. Voice + SMS at 199 PLN plus a 39 PLN activation gives a mobile number, 30 minutes and 50 SMS, then 2.99 PLN a minute and 0.79 PLN per SMS. From Beddesk, HotRes and IdoBooking Supalobby reads dates, prices and bookings, and on Autopilot it creates bookings there. Without a PMS it works from day one, because Booking.com and Airbnb reservations arrive through notification e-mails. What Supalobby lacks: 500 included minutes, voice cloning, lead call-backs, a Profitroom integration. Pre-arrival and post-checkout playbooks come with the Operator plan, which is announced but not yet on sale. ## Price at one, three and ten units Net monthly prices from the lists checked 26 September 2026. Smart Asystenci charges per business and per minute, not per room. Supalobby charges the plan per unit and Voice per property. If reception takes a hundred calls, it is. ## Which one for whom **Smart Asystenci**, when you run a hotel or guesthouse in Poland on Hotres or Profitroom, the phone rings for hours, and you close direct bookings with a link. 500 minutes for 499 PLN, three concurrent calls on Pro, transfer to reception and a 14-day trial without a card is an offer built for heavy call traffic. Expect Polish everywhere: site, panel, support. **Supalobby**, when guests write: on Booking.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, Slowhop, in several languages. When you want every conversation with a guest in one thread and want to decide where the agent replies on its own and where it only proposes. You add the phone when you need it and pay for the minutes you use. **Both** works in one setup: Smart Asystenci on the reception number, because that is where hundreds of minutes go, and Supalobby for the messages, because Smart Asystenci does not handle them. You then pay from 499 PLN for the phone and from 25 PLN per unit for the inbox. ## Check for yourself Smart Asystenci's detailed price list has a line for "speech generation" at 1.73 or 2.54 PLN a minute, standard or premium; ask when it is charged and whether it comes on top of the per-minute rate. Check that your PMS is on the list, because outside Hotres and Profitroom the integration still has to be built. Ask what the number costs and count the minutes you use today, because the whole table above hangs on that. Extra minutes cost 0.78, 0.75 or 0.73 PLN. A website widget message is 0.21 PLN. Roughly 114, 205 and 343 EUR. **Does Smart Asystenci create the booking in my system?** Not quite. During the call it checks free rooms and prices for the dates in Hotres or Profitroom (UpperBooking), then texts the guest a booking engine link with dates and room pre-filled. It takes no payment; the guest or reception completes the booking.
