Supalobby is an AI agent that replies to those messages, and to WhatsApp, Instagram, Slowhop and phone calls, with no PMS underneath. Channels, automation and prices compared. This comparison puts side by side two tools that do different jobs and still get compared, because both promise "all your messages in one place". IdoBooking is a booking system from Szczecin, Poland, with a Communication Hub module. Supalobby is an AI agent that answers guests. Below is what each one does, what it does not, and what it costs at one, three and ten units. ## What the IdoBooking Communication Hub does The module gathers Booking.com and Airbnb reservation chat inside the IdoBooking panel, plus e-mail and SMS to every booker. It ships message templates in six languages, automatic notifications triggered by conditions such as "one day before arrival", and lets you write to a Booking.com guest for up to two weeks after checkout. SMS costs from 0.09 PLN per message. That solves one problem: no more logging into the Booking.com Extranet and the Airbnb app separately. A human still writes the replies. The module has no WhatsApp, no Instagram, and no messages from Slowhop or Aloha Camp; with Slowhop, IdoBooking exchanges only availability over iCal. AI appears next to the module, not inside it. In December 2025 IdoBooking announced a guest reply assistant; as of September 2026 we could not find it in the product. In March 2026 a ChatLab integration arrived: a website chat that checks availability and leads to a booking, plus e-mail reply suggestions, from 160 PLN net a month. The third-party Sensbot drafts replies to Booking.com and Airbnb messages from reservation data for a human to approve; it publishes no price for accommodation. ## What Supalobby does Supalobby keeps no calendar and sets no prices. It gathers messages from Booking.com, Airbnb, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail, Slowhop and Aloha Camp into one inbox, one thread per guest, and answers them with an AI agent. On Booking.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, e-mail and the website chat the agent can reply on its own, switched on per channel. On Airbnb it drafts the reply and you send it with one click. With the Voice add-on it answers the property phone and creates bookings. Context comes from the property knowledge base and from the booking system, if there is one: today it reads Beddesk and HotRes, and on the Autopilot plan it also creates bookings in them. Without a PMS it works from day one, because Booking.com and Airbnb reservations arrive through notification e-mails. What it lacks: a calendar, rates, a channel manager, a booking engine for your own website. Playbooks, meaning automatic messages before arrival and after checkout, come with the Operator plan. ## Price at one, three and ten units Net prices per month, from the price lists checked 26 September 2026. IdoBooking's price includes a booking system Supalobby does not have. Supalobby's price includes an agent that replies and channels IdoBooking does not carry. At one or three units with no need for your own booking engine, the gap is clear. At ten rooms in one building, IdoBooking's flat plan is cheap and Supalobby comes on top as the conversation layer. ## Which one for whom **IdoBooking**, when you need one system for the calendar, rates, channel manager, invoices and bookings from your own website, and you simply want Booking.com and Airbnb chat visible in the same panel. You will answer yourself, from templates. **Supalobby**, when your problem is not the calendar but the replying: in the evening, in several languages, on WhatsApp and Instagram, to guests from Slowhop and Aloha Camp, and on the phone. Especially when you have no PMS and do not want one. **Both**, when you run a guesthouse on IdoBooking and want to add an agent for the conversations. Today Supalobby does not read the IdoBooking calendar, so the agent knows dates from the knowledge base and from reservations arriving by e-mail, not from the panel. IdoBooking's module page says 19 PLN, its price list 25 PLN and 10 EUR; ask which one applies. Also check whether the announced reply assistant has shipped, because that would change the "AI drafts the replies" row above. If anything here is out of date, tell us at kontakt@supalobby.com and we will fix it and update the date. ## Frequently asked questions **Does Supalobby replace IdoBooking?** No. IdoBooking runs the calendar, rates, channel manager and bookings from your own website. Supalobby handles the conversation with the guest. They can run side by side; today Supalobby reads the calendar from Beddesk and HotRes, and an IdoBooking integration is on the list. **How much is the IdoBooking Communication Hub?** The September 2026 price list says 25 PLN a month, free for the first two months; the English price list says 10 EUR. The module's own page still says 19 PLN, so ask before you buy. You also need an IdoBooking subscription: 8.25 PLN plus 2.5 percent per booking, or from 189 PLN a month. **Does IdoBooking have AI that answers guests?** IdoBooking announced a guest reply assistant in its December 2025 year review, but as of September 2026 we could not find it in the product. Since March 2026 there is a ChatLab integration, a website chat and e-mail suggestions from 160 PLN net a month, and the third-party Sensbot drafts replies to Booking.com and Airbnb messages for a human to approve. **What about guests from Slowhop and Aloha Camp?** IdoBooking exchanges only availability with Slowhop, over iCal every 15 minutes, with no messages. Aloha Camp does not appear in its documentation. Supalobby shows messages from both portals in the same inbox as Booking.com and WhatsApp, and answers them. **Who is better served by IdoBooking?** A property that needs a booking system, a website booking engine, a channel manager and invoicing in one place, and is happy to see Booking.com and Airbnb chat inside that panel.
